2. Verify the lot number — The lot number on the vial/syringe must match the lot number on the outer box. You can contact us to verify any lot number against our records.
3. Inspect manufacturer packaging — Authentic products have crisp, high-quality printing with no spelling errors. The box should include manufacturer name, product name, concentration, expiry date, and storage instructions.
4. Check the expiry date — All products should be well within their expiry window. We never ship products with less than 6 months of remaining shelf life.
