All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse facility. Products are stored in temperature-controlled conditions to ensure integrity until the moment of shipping.
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of botulinum toxins and certain dermal fillers, every order is shipped using cold chain logistics:
Standard delivery within the EU is 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday).

We offer free shipping on all orders over 150 EUR. For orders under 150 EUR, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on destination.
Orders are shipped to clinic or professional addresses only. We do not ship to residential addresses or P.O. boxes. The delivery address must correspond to a registered medical practice, clinic, hospital, or other professional healthcare facility.
Please ensure the clinic name is included in the shipping address to facilitate smooth delivery.
Tracking is provided for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor the status of your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

If a package shows signs of damage upon delivery, please accept the delivery but note the damage with the carrier and contact us immediately with photos.
